Q: Are there minimum order sizes?

A: We can produce any small to large volumes with a minimum order of 1 Pallet.

 

Q: What is the estimated cost of manufacturing my drink(s)?

A: Each project can vary depending on the size of the order, complexity, and the unique specifications dictated by our client(s). Contact us with your needs, and we can provide a quote within 24 hours of your request.

 

Q: Do you provide consulting services?

A: Yes.  We are equipped with a team of experts that can help you with product development from beginning to end.  We offer a 1-hour free consultation for new customers and additional hours will be billed if additional consulting is required.

 

Q: How long does it take to fulfill my order?

A: Completion can vary depending on the specific project and needs, but we are committed to delivering it within your desired time frame. Estimated production time on established customers is 2 weeks.  For new customers we will discuss a time frame during our initial consultation.

Note: We offer rush services for an additional fee.

 

Q: Can I supply my own artwork?

A: Yes. We encourage our clients to do so or we can also provide graphic support as needed.
